Job Description:
Making all communication output through digital channels for the company's internal needs and marketing activities (loan disbursement, product updates, promotion, and brand awareness) Support the needs of the content plan and management of UangTeman's social media accounts for promotional activities, customer education, and communication Support customer engagement needs through UangTeman digital channels in the form of Direct Marketing Email, Website / Blog, Push Notif and others Carry out marketing campaign activities that have been approved by the company / UangTeman management Provide recommendations on trends and insights related to marketing campaign needs, especially on digital channels Provide initiatives related to the development of effective ways of communication or platforms for marketing activities Conduct administrative activities related to the needs of the creative division Coordinate with all marketing teams or all related divisions in the company (UangTeman) for all activities carried out Make recording and final reporting in every Marketing activity (especially the creative division) Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent At least 1 year in the related field Having experience working on communication output in digital Preferably as a web designer or front end developer from the creative industry (digital agency and online media) Having knowledge in the digital field and mastery of digital assets Has web design skills such as HTML, CSS, SQL and Javascript Have good skills using editing software such as Adobe photoshop, illustrator, and others Having passion in the creative and creative trend Can develop limited briefs into good creative output Always have new ideas for every creative execution Strong analytical and planning skills; Good verbal and visual communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Have knowledge and interest about financial / financial products
