Details of the offer

Notes and records the arrival and departure of visitors.
- Notes and records the arrival and departure of the firm's lawyers and staff.
- Receives visitors, directs them to the appropriate venue, and informs the appropriate lawyer or other person within the firm of their arrival.
- Ushers client scheduled for a meeting with lawyers to the reserved room and offers them drinks.
- Instructs the utility personnel to prepare and serve refreshments for the firm's visitors.
- Receives documents, letters, and deliveries for the office.
- Sorts and prioritize incoming papers meant for the firm's lawyers and administrative assistants;
- Records the arrival of documents, mails and other packages to the appropriate logbook, and sorts and forwards them to the appropriate persons within the office.
- Screens calls and makes sure that only important telephone calls are transferred to the lawyers and that the rest are handled at the basic level.
- Organizes meetings and appointments for the firm's lawyers and administrative assistants
- Maintains a scheduling system for the use of the office's conference rooms and facilities, and sees to the preparation and cleaning of these facilities before and after their use.
- Monitors front office supplies and recommends procurement when necessary.
- Such other duties as may be assigned by the firm's Partners and Managers.
**Salary**: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
