Roles and Responsibilities Report directly to the Hotel Manager Welcome guests at the hotel Assign a room to walk-in guest and submit the walk-in form for ZEN Rooms use Receive cash payments from guests and keep it at the Front Desk area Compile the daily sales report and submit it to the Hotel Manager for approval Stay in touch through phone calls with ZEN Rooms customer service for urgent needs Minimum Qualifications:
What profile are we looking for? Academic and Work Experience Bachelor’s Degree in any course (preferably hospitality/tourism or related) Experience in a customer service role is highly desired Mindset and Attitude Passion for managing various types of people Ability to handle multiple responsibilities Willing to work in a flexible schedule Skill Sets Strong Communication skills Fluent in both English and Filipino
