Position: French Technical Helpdesk Specialist

Requirements:
Native or Non-Native French Speakers
Proficient in both French and English
Preferably Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Engineering or any related courses
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
2 years Technical Customer Service background is a plus
With technical related background is an advantage
Willing to work in Night Shift

Responsibilities:
Serve as French Ambassador to its clients via phone, email and chat
Address clients common technical issues
Maintain excellence quality in giving customer service
Providing assistance and usage of some specific softwares
Ensure to provide navigation for proper application set up
