Position: French Information Technology Helpdesk (Pioneer) Industry: Medical Research
Location: Mckinley, Taguig City
Salary: P 60, 000 – 70, 000

Requirements:
• Local that can speak, read and write French
• Native French with permanent residency in the Philippines
• Preferably Bachelor’s Degree in IT or any related course
• Medical experience is a big plus
• Knowledgeable in Software and other IT technology

Responsibilities:
• Provide helpdesk support to clients
• Manage database and tools
• Prepare tool manuals and guidelines
• Troubleshoot reported technical issues on the system
• Provide recommendation
