Job Description:
Responsible for identifying potentially fraudulent activities on account holders. Validating suspicious transactions while ensuring high-level of customer service when interacting with customers. Investigate any cases of actual or suspected fraud and identify ways to prevent future fraud. Ensures confidentiality of all information gathered during an investigation. Monitor and identify patterns within fraudulent activities Determines existing fraud trends by analyzing accounts and transaction patterns. Prepares a report on investigation findings and other routine reports. Handling and processing inbound dispute reports. Taking inbound or placing outbound skip tracing calls. Answering dispute inquiries via incoming calls, chat or email. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills with the ability to take ownership in assisting, researching and resolving possible and confirmed fraud concerns. Develop rapport with clients to ease on the dispute process. Provide outstanding customer support. Maintain organized and update customer files. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to develop rapport and demonstrate a caring attitude. Excellent data entry and internet navigation skills. Clear, distinct oral and written communication skills. Must be detailed oriented. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive information relating to internal and external investigations Dynamic interpersonal and judgment skills. Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task. Minimum of two (2) years as a customer service representative ( Collections is a plus) Familiarity with PayPal, eBay, credit card disputes procedures is a plus (AU).
