Franchise Operations Officer?Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all Franchise branches perfroms and delivers target results.
- Provide and completes Franchise requirements and sales reports.
- Attends to client (Franchisees) needs such as customer complaints.
- Manages on going promos and discounts.
- Maintains a strong relationship with Franchisees.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year course.
- With atleast 1-3 years related work experience in retail, customer service, spa or salon industry is an advantage.
- Keen to details and highly organized.
- Must be willing to start immediately upon notice. Above written and oral communication skills.
- Personable.
