Franchise Operations Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:- Ensure that all Franchise branches performs and delivers target results.- Provide and completes Franchise requirements and sales reports.- Attends to client (Franchisees) needs such as customer complaints.- Manages on going promos and discounts. - Maintains a strong relationship with Franchisees. Qualifications:- Graduate of any 4 year course.- With atleast 1-3 years related work experience in retail, customer service, spa or salon industry is an advantage. - Keen to details and highly organized.- Must be willing to start immediately upon notice.
