A Franchise Relations Officer should have good verbal and written communication skills to convey the business strategy to new franchisees; and must possess strong leadership skills to manage franchise owners.
The Officer is also expected to have extensive knowledge on particular policies and procedures in the franchise field, such as food preparation skills for a restaurant franchise.
**The following are the specific duties and responsibilities of a Franchise Relations Officer**:
1.
Assists the Franchise Manager in organizing and planning
2.
Ensures that franchisees receive the corporation's message regarding business strategy, marketing direction for promotions and products
3.
Offers support to franchisees to ensure the overall success of the organization
4.
Oversees new franchisees and provides training and information on business policies and procedures
5.
Finds and develops new franchisees for the business

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration, Marketing or equivalent
- At least 1-5 years working experience in related field
- With extensive experience in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Business or Service
- Can start as soon as possible

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
