Fp&A Associate (Dayshift)

Job Description

Our Client in Renewable Solar Energy industry is looking for FP&A Associate to be supporting their entity in US Region.
**Working set-up**: Permanent WFH set-up & Dayshift, Laptop provided

**Responsibilities**:
Provide support for consolidation and submission of end-of-quarter/annual reporting of Results of Operations (MW, Revenue, COGS, OPEX).
Support the team in the monthly and quarterly financial close process and resolution of period issues.
Support the team in the completion of operational forecasting (BOQ, EOQ, and AOP).
Provide consolidated analysis, review, and reporting Cycle Review Activities.
Provide consolidated analysis for Budget vs actuals report of CIS OPEX and COGS departments.
Administer transactions under Transition Service Agreements (TSA) and prepare monthly spend reconciliations

Provide analytical support for business decisions and participate / lead special projects and process improvements initiatives.
Provide daily operational support to the Commercial business unit and assist on the audit
Ensure the posting of appropriate non labor accruals and fix irregularities.
Responsible for maintaining and updating the Headcount report under NA Commercial business unit which includes new hire, termination, resignation and transfer.
Monitor & approve Purchase Requisitions related expenses for NA Commercial departments
Complies at all times with the Environment, Health and Safety, and Manufacturing Quality standards, rules and regulations.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting course

**Software programs**: Microsoft Office, Oracle or other similar Accounting System, Anaplan is a plus
Experienced in Financial Planning and Analysis
Has experience in General accounting
