Duties and Responsibilities:
• Developing an in-depth understanding of product range and their features and benefits
• Providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering product recommendations
• Conducting product demonstrations and trainings to educate customers on the proper use and application of our products
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor information to provide valuable insights to the team
• Collaborating with the marketing and sales departments to support the development and promotion of new products
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions and product performance
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as product specialist , preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry specifically in developing scalp/hair
products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits clearly
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Passion for the beauty and cosmetics industry and a keen eye for emerging trends and innovations
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences
