Foreman

Acts as the main person in charge for overall manpower management of a specific manufacturing section.
Perform production line control and monitoring.
Ensure manufacturing resources preparedness throughout the operational period.
Establishes budget control to manage waste and reduce production costs.
Reports either minor or major accidents that may affect the productivity and quality of products to the supervisor and gives appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
Review reports and approves corrective or improvement actions when necessary.
Reviews and evaluates performance of subordinates.
Responsible in the recommendation for hiring, promotion and termination of subordinates.
Responsible in the disciplinary of subordinates who violated company regulations.
Controls absences, tardiness and irregularities in work performance and attends to the welfare of subordinates.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by direct superior.
