Food & Beverage Supervisor | Coron, Palawan

Job Description:
Responsible to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain safe ans sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served. Establish rapport with guest loyalty and gather constructive feedback to ensure satisfaction of every individual guest. Observe daily coaching, encourage upselling and problem solving.


Always applies service techniques correctly at all times and serve all guests with enthusiasm; always thank and give fond farewell to guests conveying anticipation for their next visit. Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently. Print closing report and drop the cash with the front office / accounts department. Tally the Credit Card settlements for the day with the batch closing report from EDC machine. Close the shift on the POS terminal. Performs other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate Bachelor's/ College Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or equivalent courses With solid/ proven years of work experience in the same function in related industry Display strong leadership, problem-solving, customer service and organizational skills. Detail-oriented individuals with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with diverse personnel, such as food vendors, cooks, restaurant managers, and servers, are often well equipped to meet the demands of this job. Self-motivation, the ability to work in teams, and multi-tasking are other important capabilities for food and beverage supervisors. Manage kitchen staff and oversee food preparation; good communication and presentation skills; Ensure adherence to food sanitation and safety guidelines Maintain food and drink inventory; strong analytical and planning skills; Resolve customer complaints or concerns; excellent problem-solving skills;
