Food And Beverage Supervisor

Job Description:
A supervisor but needs to do more admin work. Male or Female Answer guest inquiries for reservations and event bookings Scheduling of staff Input orders in POS Check food storage and food handling in the store Check if customers are satisfied with their food orders, beverages, and service provided Maintain restaurant standards and ensure that they are always being practiced Inspire team to do their best and follow standards Monitor and guests needs and handle request and handle complaints Basic accounting and bookkeeping Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Presentable and well groomed; Food and beverage product knowledge; Strong organizational skills amd ability to multitask; Ability to work long hours a day, and night including weekends and holidays; A passion to learn, teach, and drive improvement in employees
