Job Description:
Ensures timely delivery of ordered food and beverages in the restaurant and food outlets. Ensures quality service to dine-in guests. Manages direct labor cost without compromising the quality of service through efficient manpower planning and resource allocation. Resolves problems and finds permanent solutions to guests’ complaints regarding food and beverage and services. Ensures that Banquet Event Order (BEO) requirements are followed. Ensures that all team members are well-trained on F&B standard operating procedures. Ensures service standards are implemented. Plans, reviews, and revises menu engineering with the F&B team. Ensures that inventory records Implements ISO 22000 or equivalent food safety and sanitation standards in the restaurant, kitchen, and food outlets of Food and Beverage department (F&B). Creates and updates policies, procedures, and standards for F&B. Responds to guest complaints after requested escalation. Minimum Qualifications:
Preferably graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related courses or; At least 4 years experience in Hotel and Restaurant Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills;
