Flex Test Analyst (Night Shift)

**The Role**

Working within PMOT to provide test support for the implementation of new functionality and the maintenance of existing functionality within the Benefits Access and FSA platform.
Also providing support for validating and raising production issues known as LSIs (Live Site Incidents)
- Assist with the testing of functional deliverables
- Assist in the appropriate test documentation to ensure effective test preparation and test execution are produced
- Review business requirements, to identify what is required to be tested
- Ability to write appropriate test scenarios and test scripts based on agreed business requirements
- Raise any test issues
- Identify and accurately recording test defects
- Provide effective communication including test progress reports and defect status to Test Manager
- Validate and raise LSIs (production issues)
- Liaison with Business, Development and Support Teams

- Responsible for assisting the Test Manager with the managing and planning of testing activities and identifying any risks

**Requirements**:

- A good understanding / Experience of Benefits Access platform testing
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Flexible and "can do" approach
- A willingness to learn
- Sense of accountability, owning one's work and taking pride in it; with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Strong organizational skills and flexible in managing multiple priorities
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly, demonstrating an understanding of the implications of technical and testing issues on actual and business requirements
- Ability to gather information and document in a structured manner, tests to cover business requirements
- Ability to create test member data to support the required tests
