Optimize use of vehicles and recommend fleet improvement through data based cost benefit analysis and efficiency.

Scheduling repair and maintenance of vehicles.
3.
Ordering urgent repairs as needed.
4.
Establishing efficient routes and transportation schedules.
5.
Coordinating with drivers and on staff maintenance / employees when making schedules.
6.
Manage the registration and licensing of the vehicles.
7.
Ensure all fleet members have valid driver's license and updated trainings as required by law.
Monitor drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and proper driving practices.

Monitor the whereabouts of the vehicle while on travel, make timely checks on their location and responsible in providing safe and best routes which would cut cost and
**Qualifications**:
1.
Graduate of 4 years course, preferably Engineering Course (ME, EE), Business Administration, Accounting.
2.
With at least 5 years' experience in Transport / Fleet Management, 3 years of which in a supervisory position.
3.
Great written, verbal communication skills.
4.
Excellent leadership skills, including goal setting, motivation and training.
5.
Expert knowledge of best driving, delivery, vehicle maintenance and other industry practices.
6.
Basic math and data analysis skills
7.
Understanding of basic vehicle mechanics, including the ability to identify when repair is needed.
8.
Ability to set and monitor a budget
9.
Good problem solving skills, critical thinking and decision making skills.
10.
Exceptional organization, time management and multitasking abilities.
Keen attention to details.
