Fine Dine Restaurant Supervisor Estancia Pasig

Oversee all work in shift (Dining, Deli, Wine cellar).

Operate with high degrees of efficiency, especially during lunch and dinner rushes.

Maintain service and cleanliness standards throughout shifts.

Operate efficiently by scheduling enough workers to handle busy periods

Follow opening and closing procedures.

Supervise bank deposits and get cash and change for register drawers before the restaurant opens.

Schedule all activities for restaurant staff according to guidelines.

Supervise all back of the house and front of the house activities.

Ensure that all staff always observe proper and complete uniform.

Assist all guest and administer all requirements to provide guest needs.

Perform work according to establishment policies and procedures.

Records and ensure compliance to all standards.

Perform regular inspections on all equipment and recommend required repairs.

Ensure the optimal quality of all products and coordinate with guests to maintain an optimal level of customer satisfaction.

Answer all customer queries with an efficient response.

Collaborate with the manager to review all employee performance.

Provide training to employees to increase performance.

Monitor all guest requests efficiently to achieve all customer objectives.

Manage all storage supplies and assign staff in all requisition activities.

Restock all supplies at end of shift.

Estimate consumption, forecast requirements and maintain inventory.

Other tasks that may be assigned by the Management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree holder in Food & Beverage services, Business Administration or other related courses

With at least 2 years related work experience

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Good communication and presentation skills;

Confident and Pro-active

Excellent problem-solving skills;

Amenable to be assigned within Metro Manila.
