Financial Statement Analyst

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Update 20-30 companies per day to the required standard to exceed Enshored’s KPI targets
Handle all exceptions and troubleshoot all reconciliation issues
Communicate exceptions and rare situations to Team Leader and client Point of Contact
Become a subject matter expert in the client’s product offering
Utilize MS Excel and client specific technologies to research, analyze and fix problems.
Work collaboratively with peers to improve documentation and body of knowledge.
Be respectful of the work environment and culture
Must be willing to work shifts required by client, plus necessary overtime during busy seasons (6 weeks per quarter)
Skills & experience
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES)
Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent
Candidate must have a minimum of 6 months of experience working with Financial Statements, either in an accounting or analyst position, but fresh graduates are still encouraged to apply
Advanced skills in using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of XBRL a major plus
Commitment to excellent Client service and the ability to patiently resolve Client inquiries
Must be clear and articulate on the phone and in person with strong writing and clear presentation abilities- persuasive but empathetic
Knowledge of financial statements and capital markets for public companies
Candidate must have good English communication skills, both written and spoken
