Financial Research Analyst

The Research Associate is responsible for all aspects of data collection, industry research, concordance mapping and quality for third party concordance data.The Research Associate is also responsible for all content maintenance, including updating existing information, adding new companies, executing quality assurance procedures and resolving data accuracy issues.Research Associates will analyze information from a variety of third party sources and determine how that matches FactSet’s database, mapping a relationship between the two.Responsibilities:
Collect, analyze, interpret and verify information from a variety of sources
Take process direction from the Team Leader
Achieve and maintain target levels for production and quality
Maintain all data collection efforts according to established guidelines and benchmarks
Communicate issues and concerns with Team Leader and Quality Control Analyst
Perform ad-hoc research projects as assigned by the Content Manager
Respond in a timely manner to e-mails, RPD’s, and other issues
Ensure errors are fixed in a timely manner

Additional Details:Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mathematics, Commerce or equivalent.
