Financial Reports Analyst

As a Financial Reports Analyst, you will be responsible with the following:

- Assist in the preparation of internal and external financial reporting documents using Wdesk
- Review internally reported subsidiary data and reporting packages to ensure accuracy
- Compile and maintain documentation to support the financial reports and disclosures
- Review extensible Business Resource Language (XBRL) and European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) using Wdesk
- Support Investor Relations Department in the issuance of the Earning's Press Release and other releases
- Ensure maintenance of excellent internal controls over the financial reporting process, including disciplined and high-quality documentation, tie-outs and proof-reading
- Support quarterly reviews, internal and external audits
- Maintain Sarbanes-Oxley internal control narratives and testing documentation for areas of responsibility
- Special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting projects as necessary

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant field of study
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly desirable
- Minimum 2 years of experience in internal audit or related private role
- Experience in SAP and U.S. SEC reporting software (e.g.
Wdesk) is preferred
- Understanding the principles of Sarbanes-Oxley control
- Considerable skill in planning and project management, and in maintaining composure under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines
- Strong process design orientation, a strong ability to identify risk exposures and a keen ability to identify risk prevention and risk mitigating solutions
- Critical thinking, mathematical, communication, and problem solving
- Excellent interpersonal skills effective for interaction at all levels of the organization
- Ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
- Self-directed and hands-on; able to work with mínimal supervision
- Good team player
- Must be amenable to work **on-site - 12F Cyber Sigma, McKinley West Taguig city**

**Salary**: Php50,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
