Financial Controller

Job Description:
Exercise robust analytical on P/L report particularly cost and expenses, understand the cost and expenses trends on month to month basis including the fluctuation analysis and variance analysis against budget. Monitor and control the costs and expenses disbursement, including the daily PO execution and provide a recommendation to increase cost efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor the effectiveness of above the line marketing spend and promotion budgets (sales incentives, cash backs, vouchers, etc). Provide recommendation to increase cost efficiency and effectiveness. Approve commercial negotiations and work with the commercial team from inception of transactions through legal contract drafting – working alongside the internal legal team and the other senior leadership. Identify, aggregating and assigning cost and expenses under function to product by using relevant key-drivers in order to generate calculation of profitability report by product. Minimum Qualifications:
Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications Bachelor degree from a reputable university with major in Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management or equivalent At least 2-4 years of experience in a public accounting firm (Big 4 is preferable) Preference given to candidates that currently hold a similar position within a large established corporation Bilingual Bahasa Indonesia and English
