Bolton International is looking for **Finance Analysts** who are experienced in managing deal confirmations, invoicing, payments, or contract management.

**What you will do**:

- Contact with the accountants and would be expected to update the financial plan in Excel;
- Should be familiar with forecasting revenue, expenses, and cash burn;
- Payroll and related employer obligations;
- AP management, including contracting and invoicing;
- Preparing job offers;
- Coordinating with external service providers for legal, accounting, and tax preparation;
- Ideally can do basic **financial modeling**.
**Who you are**:

- At least **1 year of experience **as a Back-Office Analyst managing deal confirmations, invoicing, payments, or contract management
- Ability to learn quickly and ask questions when necessary
- Must have intermediate experience with Excel (basic functions, pivot look up)
- Must have strong organization and communication skills
- Must possess strong and logical decision-making skills
- Has working knowledge of the sensitivities around confidential/personal data
- Payroll and related employer obligations
- AP management, including contracting and invoicing
- Preparing job offers
- Coordinating with external service providers for legal, accounting, and tax preparation
- Ideally can do basic financial modeling
