**A.
FINANCIAL ANALYZATION MANAGEMENT**

1.
Maintains financial security by the following internal controls.
2.
Preparing and managing estimates, budgets, forecast, and such financial or other submission as may be required.
3.
Complies with local, financial legal requirements and advising the management on needed actions.
4.
Developing, monitoring and proposing revisions to financial and procurement policies practices and procedures to meet the evolving needs of the company.
5.
Engaging effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
**B.
DOCUMENTATION AND EXECUTION**

1.
Prepares payment by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
2.
Answer accounting procedure questions by researching and interpreting accounting policy and regulations.
3.
Provide support in relation to planning, organizing, controlling, managing and reconciliation system.
4.
Supporting and contributing to the effective monitoring and implementation of the company budgets determined by policy priorities and budgetary limitations.
Providing advice on procurement e.g.
planning tendering and using company framework agreements.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
1 to 2 years of business finance or other relevant experience
High proficiency in financial modeling techniques
Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
Strong analytical and data gathering skills
Good business acumen
Personality and Interpersonal Skills

Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills
Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently
Experience working with, and presenting to, senior executives
Excellent communication and presentation skills; be comfortable interacting with executive-level management
Strong financial modeling experience

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
