Roles and Responsibilities
1. Timely recognition (accrual and amortization) of assigned expenses for RCIV
· Create checklist or schedule of recurring monthly expense and book necessary accrual if needed
· Prepare monthly amortization schedule for prepaid expenses accounts
· Analyze variance between last month and this month expenses
· Closely monitor postings in the Balance Sheet & Incpme Statement account and reclass erroneous posting
2. Timely and accurate filing and remittance/ payment of tax returns and statutory requirements (SSS,PHIC,Pag-ibig)
· One Time filing and payment of Tax and sending the required attachments
3. Zero penalty on late or non-filing of returns
· Timely submission and payment of SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth requirement.
4. Review of Balance Sheet account balances and movement. Monthly recon with GL and SL balances.
· Timely submission of assigned balance sheet schedule
5. Closely monitor posting in the balance sheet account and reclass erroneous posting
· All GL account is reconciled with SL or with summary details, supported and valid
6. Support annual audit process and prepare FS that is compliant to accounting and tax standards
· Prepare FS that is compliant with accounting standards and tax laws
7. Automate bookkeeping and monitoring of RCIV transactions
8. Prepare monthly Financial statement with monthly review of Balance Sheet Accounts
· Support annual audit and provide required schedule
9. Creation of budget for RCIV
10. Monitoring of employee accountabilities for PAI employees
11. Financial Statements consolidation – Enterprise
12. Assistance in processing of company permits (e.g. business permits) for RCIV, PAI and PAFI
13. PAFI Accountant /Core Member
14. Other task that maybe assigned from time to time
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (preferably a CPA)
Preferably with one (1) year experience in General Accounting
With detailed knowledge in general accounting and taxation
Intermediate to advanced computer literacy e.g. excel, word, PowerPoint
Must have an excellent communication and writing skills
