Represents RTR in statutory engagements and ensures all requirements are provided timely and accuratelyResponsible for providing inputs to internal and external requirements – reports, flux analysis, FS reviews, Account Reconciliation presentations, etc., in order for Tower Lead to hold management reviewsEnsures all assigned Balance Sheet Reconciliations are reviewed and approved timely and possess the required qualityEnsures that all reconciling items are resolved within the policy periodEnsures issues that require escalation follow the escalation matrixAssigned subject matter expert in Regulatory SurveysIdentify, and if needed run and co-sponsor, Finance-related process improvements and innovation initiativesAdditional operational responsibility for Service Delivery, when applicable or assignedUnderstands the business and Finance agenda and translates that into Finance actions/prioritiesHandles escalations, issues and concerns related to Financial Reporting from different stakeholdersBuilds relationships across AccentureParticipates in monthly service management reviews with key stakeholdersAssist in facilitation of requests for services that are beyond the standard servicesResponsible for managing SLAs and relationships with other groupsDevelop and maintain working relationships with entity, workgroup and geographic key contactsAssist in building strong succession plan for self, and BCP for teamAssists team members with their assigned workDemonstrate effective teaming skills both within and outside of the teamEncourage team members to share knowledge and to leverage proven best practicesParticipate in people development activities outside of the team (e.g. community activities, and teaching)
• Graduate of Bs Accountancy, must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Must have at least 3 years experience in financial reporting and flux/variance analysis preferably with an auditing firm or from the shared service industry
• Experience in handling accounting in a headcount intensive business structure at least 2000
• Understands statutory requirements - SEC and BIR
• Familiarity /Experience in intercompany accounting, flux reporting and variance analysis
• Experience in handling account reconciliations
• Ability to solution for simple issues and accounting problems
• Has worked in an extensive ERP environment
• Can articulate/express his/her thoughts in English
• Must be willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong City
