As a Troo Advisor - someone who is charismatic and has the superpower of persuasion - your goal is to help Filipinos plan for their tomorrows so they can live their best life today. You will work out of an EastWest store (our bancassurance partner) and the Eastwestbankers will be your daily co-workers. You are self-motivated and are comfortable working on your own, or with a tribe.
As a Troo Advisor, you will:
Connect with your EastWest counterpart in the store who will introduce you to bank customers
Give sound financial advice to customers
Handle applications to delivery of policies
Manage customer inquiries and concerns
Continue to build the relationship with existing customers

To land this job, you need to have at least one year of experience in sales, client service, or consultative sales in a financial institution or service industry.
