Total Executive Management Portal, Inc. partners with a not-for-profit organization, supporting families living in ultra poverty and funded by the Christian Community, in their search for aFINANCIAL ADVISOR. If considered, the candidate will be directly hired by them.
Job Description:
The Financial Advisor will be responsible in determining and assessing employees' current income, expenses, financial goals, insurance coverage (if any), risk tolerance and other information needed and advise them on financial plans using knowledge
and understanding on taxation, investment strategies, insurance, securities, pension plans, and real estates. He or she will also recommend investments and financial strategies to match employee's goals. The following are his/her specific duties:
Meet with clients in-person to discuss their financial goals.
Provide financial planning and recommend strategies in cash management, housing, insurance coverage, investment planning, and other areas to help the employees achieve their financial goals.
Explain the types of financial services they provide to potential clients
Educate clients and answer questions about investment options and potential risks
Recommend investments to clients or select investments on their behalf
Help clients plan for specific circumstances, such as education expenses or retirement
Monitor clients’ accounts and determine if changes are needed to improve the performance or to accommodate life changes, such as getting married or having children.
Research investment opportunities and present investment strategies.
Determine financial process improvement.
Evaluate employees' plans frequently to determine changes (personal, economic, environment, financial), and specify a need for plan reassessment.

Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of a 4 years course in Business Administration, Financial management or other related course.
With at least 1 to 2 years experience in sales and in the financial industry.
CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or Financial Advisor certification is not required but a plus.
With Valid driver’s license.
With comprehensive knowledge of topics related to financial planning
Knowledgeable of mutual funds, securities, and insurance industries.
With experience providing quality financial advice.
Has the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Preferably of Christian religion.
Willing to travel.
Willing to work in Pasig City.
