Financial Accountant

Job Description:
Position Overview The Financial Accountant primarily involves owning key financial accounting functions for the property division.


General Responsibilities: Responsible for the end of month Close and prepares monthly reporting Responsible in Bank Reconciliation Conducts Fixed Asset Management Prepares accruals and prepayments Oversight of accounts payable and receivable Performs balance sheet reconciliation Ad-hoc project work Assistance with audit and controls Contribute to process improvement across daily/monthly tasks. Minimum Qualifications:
Position Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or any Business related course, Certified Public Accountant is an advantage but not required At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required Candidates with background in Real Estate Property or Funds Management is an advantage Experience in a multinational company is an advantage Experience in Automated System is an nice to have but not a prerequisite Working knowledge in MRI Software is a plus Must have strong English communication skills Proactive with good interpersonal skills and a team player Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, in an early morning shift Target commencement date for this role is on January 2020
