Finance Staff

Assisting the finance head in managing, processing and troubleshooting various accounts and transactions.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
1.
Handles petty cash transactions.
2.
Processes payments and documents such as invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursement and statements.
3.
Calculates and checks to make sure payments, amounts and records are all accurate.
4.
Prepares bank deposits, general ledger postings, statements and financial reports
5.
Check company bank statements
6.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or its equivalent
- With at least 1 year of Cashiering or disbursement function
- Organized, flexible and detail-oriented
- Willing to work in Makati City
- Fresh graduates/ Entry level is encourage to apply

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
