Finance Specialist

We are looking for a Accounting &Finance Specialist to take charge in maintaining good record keeping and reconciliation in terms of the financial health of our company by administering accounting operations.

You should be familiar with audits, invoices and financial preparations.

Our ideal candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounting activities, including payment reconciliations, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

You should also have excellent organizational skills and be able to handle time-sensitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Keep accurate records for all daily transactions
Prepare balance sheets
Process invoices
Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
Update internal systems with financial data
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
Reconcile deliveries & inventories
Check payments vs units sold
Participate in financial audits
Assist with budget preparation
Review and implement financial policies

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): Filipino, English
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): finance, inventory, audit, accounting, bookkeeping
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
