Finance Shared Services Senior Team Lead

Philippines’ trusted executive search and recruitment company Lennor Metier is urgently recruiting for a highly technical Finance Shared Services Senior Team Lead on behalf of a global service client.
Location: Alabang, Philippines.
Job Summary:
Finance Shared Services Senior Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Manila Financial Shared Service Center and for driving migration, execution, and process improvements of all shared service operations
Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and implement best practice procedures for the Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P), and Order To Cash (O2C) Streams, constantly looking to external companies to benchmark performance and bring back new ideas for superior processes.
Establishing standard processes across the team, entities managed and systems
Use reporting functionality to effectively analyze key data, and establish KPI's to ensure effective and accurate operation of the purchase ledger/sales ledger functions.
Monitor overall ERP system and interfaces, using relevant reporting, for technical issues and work closely with technical support to resolve
Lead, manage, motivate and develop a team
Responsible for the day to day maintenance of new vendors, customers, and employees. Ensuring that these controls are completed accurately and in accordance with the business SLA to meet compliance standards with regards to these controls

Qualifications:
Certified Public Accountant
at least 5 years of experience of managing teams in a global shared services environment
Highly motivated and proactive who enjoys leading and working in a team, whilst also taking full ownership and accountability of delivering results.
Advanced Excel and experience of using ERP systems, Preferably Oracle suite
Open to shifting schedule
Must be amenable to work in Alabang
