Finance Shared Services Analyst

We have an opportunity for a Finance Shared Services Analyst to join the group. Work schedule is Mondays to Fridays 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
Responsibilities include:
Master data management including, but not limited to client and supplier set-up/amendments and client credit checks as required
Supplier invoice processing including, but not limited to posting of invoices, answering supplier queries, and following up approval of invoices
Expense processing including, but not limited to review of receipts, identifying correct expense type, and answering employee queries related to expense reimbursements.
Assist in other tasks or projects as required within advised guidelinesSkills and experience:
Bachelor's Degree in any Finance-related course
Minimum of 3 years work experience in accounting shared services and ERP systems
Experience in handling accounts payable, accounts receivable, travel & expense accounting, balance sheet reconciliation, master data management, and possesses an intermediate to advance understanding of Accounting and Finance processes
Ability to communicate and explain regulations, policies, processes, and guidelines to others
Ability to work under pressure, plan and prioritise workload
Strong attention to detail with the ability to collate, organise and analyse data; learn, interpret, and apply legal and process requirements
Proactive, shows initiative, and has a problem solving mindset.
Experience in identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities
Excellent time management and coordination skills with understanding of when to escalate issues
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)Candidates must be a Filipino citizen or have the right to work in the Philippines
