Working closely with the Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report Global Process Owners (GPO’S) and Asia Regional Process Owner (RPO) in the standardization and optimization of global processes including detailed process analysis and assisting in implementation at regional and country level. The Finance Process Lead will be a member of a center of competence working with the GPO’s/RPO to secure the high standard of the transformation of the global finance function. He/She will strictly follow the program methodology and will secure the consistency of existing and to be designed documentation (such as process maps, working instructions, training plans, KPI reporting, SLA definition, root cause analysis etc.) Based in the Manila GBS Center. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIESWorking under the supervision of the Regional Process Owners to:

Implementation of the global standard processes and best practices
Continually looking for ways to make processes and systems more efficient,
Collecting business/country/finance specifications and needs from the SGS finance community
Promote a Data Quality / Data Governance culture within the organization,
Following up on improvements needed based on KPIs outcome, proposing solutions
Analysis of as-is processes at country / regional level during implementations, identification of gaps
Ensuring consistency in drafting work instructions • Participate in test & validation of new process and system changes REQUIRED SKILLS
Bring process knowledge to the sequential: analysis, design, build, test, pilot, rollout, • Fluent in English (other languages is a plus) •
Good writing skills in English • Process mapping (eg Visio or similar)
Sense of initiative
Good Analytical skills
Organized and structured, good ability to set priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural environment
Ability to work across departments as well as with all business units and geographies
Willingness and ability to travel if and when required
Self-starter, able to work with minimum guidance on projects assigned by the manager
Identify and address additional training needs
Participate actively in training events
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Accounting or Finance - required
Experience in 2 of the finance streams (P2P, O2C, R2R)
Experience in a process migration and optimization / continuous improvement in financial services role (5 years)
Data driven, methodical and experience of making evidence based decisions.
Oracle EBS knowledge preferred, but not essential (can be learned)
Experience in shared service environment
Project management experience (is a plus)
Genuine interest in business process standardization and improvement initiatives.
