Finance Process Excellence Specialist

Describe the Department
This position will report to the Head of Performance Management & Continuous Improvement organization located at Vestas SSC in Manila, Philippines dotted into the Financial Processes & Digital Solutions in Denmark.

We are looking for a person highly motivated around heading change improvement of financial processes

**Responsibilities**:
Responsible for that finance processes are well documented and support the way finance operation operates

Ensure that the finance processes incorporate the control activities from Vestas Control framework

Together with Vestas Finance community safeguard the global implementation of new and amended financial processes.
Review new finance processes or proposed changes to existing finance processes.
Conduct hearings of new and updated finance processes.
Create efficiency and consistency in Vestas global financial processes and controls

Lead optimization and automation of financial processes and controls through simplification, standardization and consolidation of activities

Create awareness and understanding of finance processes within the Finance Community through governance, user forums,etc.
**Qualifications**:
**Must have**:
Minimum 2 years' work experience from Finance in an international company

Experience with Finance Process mapping and improvements

Ability to assess risks in a given process and suggest value adding control activities to reduce risks to an acceptable level

Experience Process Implementation Cascade to Business Organization and Unit

Degree in Finance or related discipline
Good to have

Experience with Business/Financial controlling in complex environments

Industrial Engineering Degree with Process Management and Administration experience

Experience working with ERP systems to understand the Financial processes (Vestas is using SAP ERP)

Experience with SAP roll outs or large SAP projects
Competencies Required

Relevant Bachelor or Master's degree within Finance, Controlling or similar from a good University

Solid communication skills and fluency in English

Good Stakeholder Management skills

Knowledge and familiarity to any Business Process Tools and Application e.g.
MS Visio, ARIS, etc.
