Strategizes, leads, directs and develops the Finance Operations team with the objective of delivering high quality, on time, legislative-compliant and accurate processing of financial data while, at the same to me, striving to achieve effective, cooperative and proactive work environment/processes.
What will your job look like?
You will have the opportunity to lead KPI-managed deliveries of Accounts Payable, Expense Reimbursement, Bank Reconciliations and other supporting processes.
You will provide the team with vision, clear expectations and targets.
You will deliver effective feedback and evaluation to employees while developing their skills and competencies.
You will prepare timely reporting of AP, TE, Bank Recons and Time Sheet SLAs to controllers on a quarterly basis.
You will ensure proper production planning for the team to achieve compliance with SLAs to ensure consistent deliveries.
You will analyzes data and takes relevant actions with respective stakeholders and manage process audits and ensure remedial action in response to key observations.
You will lead regular reviews and updates process documents, standard operating procedures, process controls, SOX controls, etc.
You will leads and support financial initiatives and provide guidance and works with each team member on defining a development plan and related actions - as and when needed.
You will be the standard bearer of values and ethics by driving high standards of collaboration, integrity and respect within the team and stakeholders.

Chartered Accountant/ Certified Public Accountant
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Accounting domain - Accounts Payable/ Expense Reimbursement/ Reconciliations - subject matter expertise
Minimum of 7 years of experience is a people leadership role. Currently working as a Manager, overseeing a team that comprises 50+ members.
Chartered Accountant (ICAI) or CPA membership
Strong understanding of accounting and effective communication skills
Flair for management reporting and evaluation of statistical process data
ERP experience (Oracle advantage)
Flair for process improvements - showcased in improvements driven in earlier organizations. Six Sigma trained or certified.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
