- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or has an equivalent certification
- Must have 3 years of experience in Accounting field
- Proven experience in tax preparation, compliance, and audit processes
- Strong understanding of tax regulations and accounting principles
- Proficient in Accounting Software and MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel)
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
