Finance Officer: Manpower needed: 2
Main Duties:
Financial Compliance & Risk Management
? Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and company policies.
? Prepare and file tax returns, VAT, payroll taxes, and other financial obligations.
? Conduct internal audits and coordinate external audits.
? Identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Payroll & Employee Compensation
? Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate salary payments.
? Ensure proper calculation and remittance of employee benefits and deductions.
? Maintain employee financial records securely.
Liaison with Stakeholders
? Work closely with suppliers, banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
? Negotiate financial terms with vendors and service providers.
Cash Flow & Working Capital Management
? Oversee cash flow management to ensure liquidity.
? Manage accounts payable and receivable efficiently.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (mandatory).
? Strong knowledge of financial principles, cost accounting, and manufacturing finance is preferred but not
required
? Professional certification is recommended but not required
? Knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations.
? Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
? Strong communication and teamwork
? Leadership abilities
? Better if residing in provinces and willing to stay-in to company provided lodging
