Job Description:
Coordinate with a manager in budget preparation and management activities Ensure that accounting, budget and audit controls, and systems are in compliance with rules and regulations Ensure all expenses are within the assigned project budget Oversee the preparation of financial statements, invoices, and proposals, as required Ensure account receivables and payables activities are performed accurately and timely Manage the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, expense reports, etc Ensure data integrity in all financial reporting Perform finance analysis, reporting and management tasks Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial-related issues Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Accountancy or BSBA major in Financial Management Must be a Certified Public Accountant Must have 1-2 years related experience in the same industry
