Finance Officer

Job Description Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 5?Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): finance, credit, investment, energy, handling or negotiating contracts, liaising with third parties, financial modelling, financial accounting, business finance fundamentals, loan structuring, capital fund raising, project financing
Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance - Corporate Finance/Investment/Merchant Banking or equivalent.
Experience in the energy industry and investment house
QUALIFICATIONS:?The person should have a background in Finance/Credit/Investment/Energy, has an experience in dealing with commercial transactions (i.e. handling or negotiating contracts, liaising with third parties) and has some level of exposure/knowledge in financial modelling, financial accounting and business finance fundamentals, loan structuring, capital fund raising, project financing, etc. He/she must possess strong business acumen, quantitative and analytical skills and must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills. In terms of years of experience, at least five (5) years. An MBA is a plus but not a requirement.?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze the business and provide timely and critical information needed for operating and strategic decisions which also includes management of the financial risks of the business?
Manage and interpret the results of the various financial models as well as prepare financial models (as may be necessary)?
To secure liquidity to support the business and initiatives. This includes the management of cash flows and the optimization of the capital structure
Perform key tasks necessary for the various fund raising activities of the company which involves financial analysis, negotiation and documentation?
Manage, review and negotiate loan agreements and finance contracts?
Work closely with others in the implementation of business development projects which includes, among others, acting as the point person in Finance on commercial matters for other business units?
Maintain good working relationship with financial institutions and other external stakeholders and internal stakeholders?
