Finance Manager

Duties and Responsibilities: Planning, implementing, managing, and controlling all financial-related activities of the Company.
Supervise the day to day operations and transactions of the Finance Department in relation to receivables, payables, inventory, disbursement, cash, credit, and collection.
Ensure all finance-related records are accurate and up to date.
Maintain and update monthly cash position/bank reconciliations.
Perform a detailed review of the Company?s Financial statement, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
Ensure timely preparation/performance of financial statements, reports, and accounts analysis, and reconciliation.
Performs monthly variance analysis on sales, product performance and sales representative expenses against actual vs budget vs current month, prior years and year to date.
Manage inventory accounting, monitoring and management, including monthly physical count, reconciliation and closing procedures
Annual Tax Return (BIR FORM 2316) every year end to BIR and other BIR yearly reports in coordination with the Accounting Supervisor.
Reports directly to the President and Vice-President
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Financial Manager
Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
Proficient user of finance software
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
Degree in Accountancy and must be a CPA.
