Finance Manager

·Prepares full accounting functions including statutory and management financial reports·Prepares and analyzes FS and monthly report·Prepares and analyzes balance sheet reconciliations and advices managers on issues andproposed resolutions.·Assists with audit by providing records and supporting documents·Reconciliation of discrepancies from daily transactions, bank statements, sales remittance,credit card charges, etc.·Prepare tax reports and filings such as VAT, EWT, WTW,ITR, etc.·Process payments of rentals, utilities, payroll, etc.·Maintain and improve internal accounting controls, policies, and procedures·Performs other finance related tasks as required.·Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional LicenseExam) in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.·At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position·Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Finance – General/Cost Accounting orequivalent.
