· Work alongside with the General Manager of ESPH to scale up
finance capabilities, ability to achieve ambitious growth targets and ensure
the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations.

Lead, manage, structure and develop the reporting Finance
and IT teams to optimize and drive productivity and efficiency of the functions.
·
Monitor the performance of Philippines operations
o
Identify trends in financial performance and provide recommendations
for improvement
o
Generate financial and analytical review including cost
optimization, gross margin analysis, KPIs, etc.
·
Manage Finance matters
o
Managing production of P&L Statements, closing and reporting,
finalization of accounts, audit process and so on
o
Management of budgeting and forecasting processes
o
Treasury management
o
Manage Tax topics with the Group support (withholding taxes, VAT,
custom duties, etc)
·
Drive the Philippines Finance Function towards best operating
standards
o
Ensure application of Group accounting standards,
o
Ensure the risk and compliance management framework is
embedded and operational in the organization
o
Set-up of appropriate internal control environment in line
with group practice notably focusing on risk of fraud, formalization of key
business processes and risk management.
o
Review all formal Finance, Accounting & Treasury, Procurement
and IT procedures and recommend, if needed, changes and practices to ensure
compliance to Group policies and local laws

Strong involvement in sales and investment processes
o
Review investment opportunities and assessment of Business Plans
o
Dialogue with sales teams to define best commercial approach
o
Actively work with the Group in feasibility studies of
projects and give sound financial and investment advices.

Represent the group and manage following stakeholders’
relations: auditors, customers & partners, finance teams and banks.
·
Manages Procurement and IT
teams to ensure compliance of processes and optimization of expenditure and
investment.
·
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related
fields
·
CPA or CFA required; MBA is a plus.
·
More than 10 years’
experience in similar capacity and role with proven leadership and management
experience in Finance
and Controlling in a complex environment
·
Possess sound business
orientation rooted in value creation levers understanding, cost optimization
mindset and balance approach to risk/reward
·
Demonstrated
achievement of excellence in the workplace
·
Must possess
excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, and be
able to work with regional and senior management, investors, internal and
external stakeholders
·
Has the
capability to interface efficiently with operational teams of all levels in a
technical environment
·
Experience in merger and acquisition will be a great advantage
·
Strong leadership, people management and continual process improvement skills
·
