JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Transferring BOQ raw data to SAP ready template for SO upload at site level
• Triggers invoicing calculation and attaching related certificates to local finance for invoice creation
• Ensures Revenue are duly supported by signed PAC
• Monitoring of shipment and Equipment Deliveries
• Maintenance of Vendor Open PO
• Capable of maintaining complex database
• Assists in preparing monthly financial reports to management
• Assists PFC in other ad hoc reporting
