Summary
What To Expect From The Role
- Handle the filing of documents
- Vendor's documents, such as invoices, official receipts, and other supporting documents
- Employee's reimbursements
- Other documents that need to be filed
- Monitor and report vendors with missing a hard copies of invoices, official receipts, and/or other supporting documents
- Follow up and collects hard copies of official receipts and other substantiation from the employees for liquidation purposes.
- Other task as may be assigned
What We Are Looking For
- BS Accountancy graduate
- Entry level or fresh graduate
- Good communication skills
- Ideal personality traits: Can do attitude, collaborative, with a sense of urgency, and with mature disposition
