Finance Associate

- Prepares Internal and External Financial Statements. - Preparation of necessary accounting reports/schedules as needed for the preparation of Balance Sheet and Income Statement/Retained Earnings of the Company's Financial Statement monthly and yearly.
- Year-end BIR reporting dues.
- Annual filing to SEC of Audited FS and GIS.
- Monitor, secure, and re-order of check books.
- Bank reconciliation.
- Responsible for posting and recording of company transactions in the book namely; General Ledger, Cash Disbursement, Cash Receipts, Salaries and Journal Book.
- Preparation of Vouchers.
- Monitor cash advances and statements of liquidation for actual expenses incurred.
- Filling of check vouchers/documents with complete attachments.
- Monitor and prepare monthly BIR dues and visiting of BIR office when necessary.
- Monitor and prepare monthly SSS, PHIC, HDMF remittances and visit their respective offices for counter receiving.
- Receiving, checking and encoding of accounts receivable per client (monthly).
