Your Role**:Finance Assistant - Purchasing & Audit**
**Job Requirements**:
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficient with Excel
- Good communication & negotiation skills can express herself/himself well
- Good organization skills
- Knowledge of accounting processes and finance software (like QB, Zero, SAP) - preferred but not required.
- Audit of company transactions to ensure compliance to accounting policies and procedures (inventory, sales, expenses)
- Implement policy changes and monitor implementation
- Documentation of financial processes
- Purchasing of stock and non-stock items
- Back-up to other finance tasks
