Major responsibilities are as follows:
- Monitor acceptance, billing and payment of marketing expenses, including creating internal report external reports and communicating with internal departments and external suppliers to follow up the progress to make sure the marketing expenses are accepted, billed, and paid in a timely manner.
- Conduct Field force expenses management and check on business authenticity.
- Perform input-output analysis on digital/KOL/field force expense.
**Job Requirements**:
- Must be proficient in Excel, preferably with a certain financial basis.
- Careful, responsible and must have excellent communication skills.
- Must be passionate, enthusiastic, and willing to learn actively.
- Good communication in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong ability in analysis is an advantage.
**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
