Job Responsible:Responsible in processing member’s deposit and withdraw timely, accurately and comply with department’s policy.
Perform verification on all incoming funds.
Process first level verification on all outgoing funds.
Conduct daily reconciliation on all incoming and outgoing funds.
Submit reconciliations on a timely basis to meet the corporate standard recon
Attend to customers queries on all fund related matters.
Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
Encoding basic information from bank to the ledger, bank slip verification.
Handle emergencies manpower shortage in special occasions.

Job requirements:Fresh Graduate with related OJT (Audit / Banking / Accounting / BPO) Experience
Minimum knowledge in Excel Functions: at least know how to use Basic Mathematical Functions (Sum, Difference, Product, and Quotient), sorting and Vlookup.
Basic knowledge in Accounting terms like credit debit and interests.
Able to work on a shifting schedule ( 6am- 3pm; 2pm- 11pm; 10pm-7am)
