Finance Duties:

Process and record financial transactions accurately in accounting systems.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support budget preparation and expense tracking.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Conduct bank reconciliations and ensure all financial data is up-to-date.
Maintain financial records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Support audits by preparing required documentation and reports.
Administrative Duties:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory to maintain an organized workspace.
Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and schedules for team members.
Handle correspondence, emails, and inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Maintain and organize company documents, records, and filing systems.
